• Use SBG Article content type
• Set Article Type = How-to-guide
• Each step must be captured in a separate paragraph
  • Paragraph Title eg "Step 1"
  • Paragraph Description eg  "To begin go to your Home screen and select Manage"
  • Paragraph Media item - for your image
• Check the mapping of the fields in the following 2 examples 
  • How to Reverse a Debit Order
  • How to  Change your monthly EAP Limit
  • How to  Apply for a Credit Card Card

Image requirements

• You do NOT need to crop the images into 14 sizes for this component
• You just need the following sizes:
  • For Mobile App screengrabs:​
    • 720 x 1280 for a desktop device
    • 360 x 640 for a tablet and mobile device
  • For Online Banking screengrabs
    • TBC

Assembling the image 

• For Mobile App images

  • Upload  the 360 x 640 image as the source
  • Add the following 2 additional formats :
    • Media Format = Desktop  - use the 720 x 1280 file size
    • Media Format = Tablet - use the 360 x 640 file size
