Because you’d share the same transfer and bond registration attorneys, the buyer saves 50% on fees.

While we manage the entire process for you until the property is registered in the name of the buyer, you stay in control of the sale right up until you’ve received the proceeds.

And if there’s any shortfall on what’s owed on your bond, including any outstanding rates, taxes, levies or compliance certificates, it’s discounted by 10%.

You also have five to ten years to repay the shortfall – interest free.
