- She is currently the Managing Director of Bloom Consultancy, an Institution that catalyses inspired leadership.
- She has served previously as an independent non-executive director of Safaricom Plc , Barclays Bank ( Now ABSA Bank) Kenya, Old Mutual Group Kenya, Chairman of the Women Enterprise Fund Kenya, Chairman of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya and a member of the Kenyan National Economic and Social Council ( NESC).
