Finance and Value Management careers

In Finance and Value Management, we perform traditional finance roles and we also play the role of value manager in the organisation.

Our traditional and important functions ensure that we provide quality, relevant, reliable and timely reporting; ensure that we maintain balance sheet resilience and a strong control environment; and ensure that we radically improve finance processes through digitisation.

In our role as value managers, we are deeply involved in corporate strategy setting and digital transformation and we provide objective and trusted advice to optimise value – balancing client and stakeholder requirements. We develop and interpret client-level insights to inform business decisions and allocate financial resources to bring strategies to life, for optimal financial returns. We support sustainable performance through effective planning to deliver our strategies. We tell our story with conviction and passion to investors, boards, regulators, rating agencies and others.

Being future-ready involves doing everything we can right now to ensure we can compete in the future. We work hard to make sure that our people feel deeply connected with our purpose and are empowered and recognised. Innovation, curiosity, tenacity and learning are always greatly rewarded.
