Our Finance and Value Asset Management team performs traditional finance functions and actively manages the organisation's value. We are responsible for delivering clear and timely financial reports, maintaining a healthy balance sheet and a strong control environment and using digitisation to significantly improve finance processes.
- Country and legal entity chief finance value officers (CFVO) partner with country and legal entity CEOs to deliver value.
- Business line and corporate function CFVOs partner with business line and corporate function CEOs to deliver value.
- Finance Operations cover finance policies and processes, finance data management, intra-group services management and Group procurement.
- Group Financial Accounting is responsible for financial controls and ensures that financial transactions within the Group meet International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Group Reporting and Analytics provides regular information regarding the financial and non-financial performance of the bank to internal and external stakeholders.
- Group Strategic Planning is responsible for the setting, execution and governance of the planning and forecasting processes of the Group.
- Corporate Development is responsible for the origination and execution of strategic equity transactions for operations within the Group.
- Investor Relations manages two-way communications between the Group, shareholders, the financial community and other stakeholders.
- Treasury and Capital Management is responsible for capital and liquidity resource management for the Group and individual legal entities in compliance with local and consolidated regulations.
- Group Tax manages tax risk by providing strategic advice and ensuring legislative compliance.

- Shortlist: Our talent acquisition specialist and relevant hiring manager review all applications and make a shortlist of the most suitable candidates.
- Competency-based interview: If you’re shortlisted, we’ll invite you to take part in a competency-based interview.
- Assessments: If you’re successful in the interview, you’ll move on to the assessments. Depending on the role you’re applying for, you might be asked to undertake a case-study exercise, technical test and psychometric assessment, as well as any other role-specific assessment.
- Panel interview: Then you’ll proceed to the final interview stage where you’ll meet an interview panel and get to ask further questions.
If you have been successful in the selection process, our Talent Acquisition team will get in touch to get your consent for our pre-employment screening, which includes the following:
- Identity and educational qualification verification
- Credit record and criminal record
- Outside Business Interest Declaration and Personnel Account Trading Declaration
- Sanctions screening and confirmation of current employment
Candidates with satisfactory pre-employment screening will be presented to the hiring manager by the Talent Acquisition team for final review. The most suitable candidate will be extended an employment contract and offer letter, detailing everything they’ll need to know about their new role. The recruitment process is competitive; therefore, candidates who make it to the pre-employment screening stage are not guaranteed an offer.
