  1. I already have a Stanbic IBTC Bank account, do I have to open a new one? If the account you have is not a current account or a salary account, you will be required to open a salary account to monitor your cash flow
  2. My account is a current account but not a salary account, can I still apply? Yes, you can apply. However, the redemption account on your Mutual funds must be a Stanbic IBTC Bank  account.
  3. I have investments with Stanbic IBTC Asset Management but I do not have an account with Stanbic IBTC Bank, can I still apply? Yes, but you will be required to open an account. An account can be opened through the Stanbic IBTC Mobile App, the account opening link and at any Stanbic IBTC Bank branch.
  4. What is the maximum loan amount I can access? You can access as low as N20,000 and as high as N20 million
  5. What forms of collateral are required? There are no collaterals required, Smart loan is an unsecured loan.
  6. What is the tenor of the loan? 48 months (4 years).
  7. Are non-residents of Nigeria who have mutual funds accounts and bank accounts eligible? No, this loan is only available to customers who are resident in Nigeria.
  8. How can I apply? The loan is available on the Mobile App and can be requested directly from the app, you can also visit any Stanbic IBTC Bank branch to apply
