The daily limit on the USD Debit Card are as follows:
- ATM: $1,000
- WEb: $3,500
- PoS: $6,500
How do I request for a Debit Card?
USSD:
- Dial *909#
- Select 9
- Select 1 My bank
- Select 5 service request
- Select 4 debit card request and follow the prompt
Mobile App:
- Log into the Mobile App
- Click on Profile
- Search for Card Management and click on Request For A New Card
What is the spend limit on the NGN Debit Card for international transactions?
- The sepnd limit for the debit card is $100 monthly. This limit can be used across the POS, Web and ATM.

- Select Profile
- Select Retrieve Debit Card PIN
- Select preferred account and follow prompt
How do I activate my Debit Card?
- At the point of receipt at the branch

Can I use my NGN credit card abroad?
- No, the NGN credit card is not eligible for international transactions.
