Yinka Johnson is the Executive Director, Business Development Division at Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited having previously served as Head, Business Development at Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers.

Prior to her appointment as Head, Business Development in 2019, Yinka was the Head of Human Capital where she significantly impacted the organizational efficiency of the business by implementing transformation HR processes and initiatives to deliver the organization’s goals and strategic objectives. 

With over 17 years’ experience, Yinka has served in various positions across Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc. including Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited, Stanbic IBTC Stockbroking Limited and Stanbic IBTC Bank. 

She is a certified change manager and a senior Chartered Professional of SHRM. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and an MBA from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom.
