  • For residential property, maximum loan to value is 65%
  • For commercial property, maximum loan to value is 60%
  • Choose to repay interest only, or amortise the loan amount quarterly
  • Debit interest is charged quarterly in arrears
  •  A cash deposit equal to six months’ debit interest is held by the bank at all times
  • All professional fees are for your account

  • Minimum interest cover of 125% for residential property
  • Minimum interest cover of 150% for commercial property
  • Collateral in the form of first legal charge over the property, and personal guarantee from the ultimate beneficial owner
  • Meet the minimum loan approval requirements
