Mobile banking at your fingertips

International transactions are easy with the mobile banking app that lets you make payments and transfers and manage beneficiaries.

Sign in to the Mobile Banking App
Tap on ‘Make payment’ or the ‘Pay’ option at the bottom of the screen
Tap on the ‘+’ icon in the top right of the screen to make a once-off payment
Enter the beneficiary name
Select the country of the beneficiary bank using the options available
Confirm the currency of the payment
Select ‘Account type’ to enter either the beneficiary account number or IBAN
Select ‘Bank Code type’ to enter either a valid Swift or Sort code
Then choose recognisable references you and the beneficiary can use to identify your payment
Tap ‘next’ in the top right of the screen
Choose the account you wish to pay ‘From’
Enter the value for the transaction
Choose the payment of fees
You can also edit the value date
You have the choice to save the payment details by selecting ‘Save as a stored payment’
Tap ‘Review’ at the top right of the screen once all information has been entered
Review the details of your transaction and tap ‘Confirm’ at the top right of the screen
Enter the security code that you will generate using your token, to confirm the transaction
You will receive a confirmation message when your payment has been processed
Tap ‘Done’ at the top right of the screen to return to the home page

Sign in to the Mobile Banking App
Tap on the ‘Store Payments’ option on the home screen
Enter the beneficiary name
Select the country of the beneficiary bank using the options available
Confirm the currency of the payment
Select ‘Account type’ to enter either the beneficiary account number or IBAN
Select ‘Bank Code type’ to enter either a valid Swift or Sort code
Then choose recognisable references you and the beneficiary can use to identify your payment
Tap ‘next’ in the top right of the screen
Choose the account you wish to pay ‘From’
Enter the value for the transaction
Choose the payment of fees
Tap ‘Review’ once all information has been entered
Review the details of your transaction and tap ‘Save’ at the top right of the screen
Enter the security code generated by your token to store the payment details
You can now choose to ‘Pay’ the saved beneficiary.

Sign in to the Mobile Banking App
Tap on the ‘Stored Payment’ icon on the home screen
Tap the selected beneficiary you would like to amend
Tap on the ‘Edit’ icon at the top right of the screen
Select and update the required fields
Tap ‘Next’ at the top right of the screen
Confirm the amount you wish to send
Select ‘Review’ at the top right of the screen
Review the details of your transaction and tap ‘Save’ at the top right of the screen
Enter the security code generated by your token to updated payment details
You will receive a confirmation message when your changes have been saved

Sign in to the Mobile Banking App
Tap on the ‘Transfer’ icon at the bottom of the screen
Select the account to send ‘From’
Select the ‘To’ account you will be crediting
Select the currency for your transfer
Enter the value of the transfer
Enter the references for your transfer
Tap ‘Review’ at the top right of the screen
To change any of the details or cancel the request tap the back icon at the top left of the screen
Select ’Confirm’ at the top right of the screen to submit the transaction for processing
You will receive a confirmation message confirming success
Tap ‘Done’ at the top right of the screen to finish
