Joanne Joseph has presented several high-profile live broadcasts, including the live coverage of Nelson Mandela’s passing broadcast internationally, Thabo Mbeki’s presidential inauguration, and Walter Sisulu’s and Beyers Naudé’s funerals.
- Joanne has produced documentaries for the United Nations Development Programme, among others.
- She regularly MCs corporate functions in English and French, and has a Master’s Degree in Modern Languages and Literature.
- Joanne has hosted prominent radio and television shows for major broadcasters, including the South African Broadcasting Corporation and Primedia House.
- She has authored a best-selling book, Drug Muled: Sixteen Years in a Thai Prison, as well as a work of fiction, Children of Sugarcane.
